The Ministry of Public Security commends the Da Nang City Police.

Recognizing the outstanding achievements in coordinating and ensuring security and order for the "Peaceful Homeland" program series, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security sent a letter of commendation to the Da Nang City Police. Their proactive approach, close coordination, and effective implementation of security plans contributed to ensuring absolute security and safety for the series of activities, spreading a positive image of the People's Police officers working for the peace and security of the people.

Lieutenant General Pham The Tung, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Deputy Minister of Public Security, sent a letter of commendation to the Da Nang City Police for their important contributions in coordinating and ensuring security and order for the "Peaceful Homeland" program series held in Da Nang from April 29 to May 2, 2026. The event was organized to commemorate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2026) and to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Security Force (July 12, 1946 – July 12, 2026).

In the letter, the Ministry's leaders acknowledged the sense of responsibility and proactive coordination of the forces under the City Police; departments, agencies, and units under the Da Nang City People's Committee in various aspects of work: ensuring security and order; traffic safety; fire prevention and fighting; protocol and logistics; propaganda and organizing activities.

The effective coordinated efforts of the Da Nang City Police contributed to ensuring absolute safety for the "Peaceful Homeland" program.

The effective implementation of various aspects of the work has contributed to ensuring absolute security and safety for the entire series of activities, making a significant contribution to the overall success of the "Peaceful Homeland" Program, and at the same time spreading a positive image of the People's Public Security force in fulfilling its nhiệm vụ of protecting the peaceful lives of the people.

The leaders of the Ministry of Public Security requested the Da Nang City Police to continue to build on the achievements; strengthen coordination with functional units; proactively advise the Party Committee and the government on effectively carrying out the task of ensuring security and order; serving socio-economic development and maintaining the peaceful lives of the people.
