The Ministry of Public Security proposes to integrate 188 types of personal documents on VNeID

QNgTV- The Ministry of Public Security proposed to integrate and update 188 types of documents issued to citizens and 390 types of documents issued to organizations on VNeID.

The Ministry of Public Security is seeking comments on the draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 69/2024 regulating electronic identification and authentication.   The drafting agency assessed that the integration of documents into VNeID has initially brought clear benefits to people and state agencies; administrative agencies reduce paperwork and shorten time.  

It is expected that 188 types of documents issued to citizens and 390 types of documents issued to organizations will be integrated and updated on VNeID.   Of which, 188 citizen documents cover all fields from identification, residence, immigration, road vehicle management, business, education , medical examination and treatment, registration, publishing, pharmaceuticals, real estate , ...  

Some basic documents include master's and doctoral degrees; social insurance books, health insurance cards; land use rights certificates; birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates; passports, visas; referral papers for treatment, hospital discharge papers...
