The emulation movement "Building a good military feeding unit, good military logistics management" was implemented synchronously and effectively, contributing to improving the quality of ensuring soldiers' lives; 100% of the canteen and kitchen systems were built in a standard, spacious and clean manner. Exploiting and receiving timely guarantees for over 9,400 regular military uniforms, 21,350 new military uniforms, and 708 military uniforms for military deployment. With the motto of action "No rest, no rest", the logistics sector has promoted internal strength, made good use of existing areas in the unit, combined with the development of increased production and livestock farming at shooting ranges and training grounds. The profit value from increased production, livestock farming and services reached over 11 billion VND, an average of over 1.5 million VND/person/year; ensure 100% self-sufficiency in vegetable quantity, 80 - 85% in meat quantity, 50 - 53% in fish quantity.

For the movement "Building a good military medical unit in the year, military medical soldiers following Uncle Ho's teachings", many measures have been focused on improving the quality of military medical services for missions. Implementing well the work of epidemic prevention and hygiene, food hygiene and safety; the number of healthy soldiers every year always reaches 99.2% or more; annual periodic health check-ups reach over 98% of the military. Coordinated military service examinations for 85,404 young people, HIV and drug tests for 31,932 people, and handed over 21,364 new recruits who meet the standards for enlistment. Participated in the program of medical examination, consultation, and free medicine provision (worth over 1.7 billion VND) for 7,256 policy beneficiaries.

The emulation movement “Building and managing regular, green, clean, and beautiful barracks” has developed to a new level, with many programs, plans, and models being implemented effectively, practically, and in depth. Notably, this movement has promoted internal resources, reasonably utilized local mobilized capital, and soldiers’ efforts to plan and build barracks, renovate the campus, build internal roads, flower beds, ornamental plants, etc.

Other movements such as: Building "Good military feeding unit, good military supply management unit", "Good military uniform management unit", "Good production increase unit", "5 good military medical unit"... have also been effectively implemented. Thanks to the proactiveness and positivity of the cadres and employees of the logistics and engineering sector, the work of ensuring regular and unexpected tasks in each agency and unit of the provincial armed forces has been deployed synchronously and promptly, meeting the requirements and tasks set out.

Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Thi, Head of Logistics - Engineering of the Provincial Military Command, said: "The results of the emulation movement "Military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" not only contributed great material values ​​but also created a new vitality, strongly changing the appearance of agencies and units. From barracks, warehouses, gardens, ponds, barns, to training grounds, all were planned, consolidated, built in a standard, green, clean, and beautiful manner, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of soldiers.

It can be affirmed that over the past 5 years, the emulation movement "The military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" of the Provincial Military Command has been thoroughly grasped, widely implemented and achieved positive results, regularly highly appreciated by the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Logistics, and the military region. In 2023, the Logistics Department of the Provincial Military Command was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of National Defense for its outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "The military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings". Along with that, promoting the spirit and responsibility of each collective and individual in implementing the emulation movement "The military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", well implementing the requirements of "diligence, thrift, integrity", wholeheartedly taking care of the lives and health of soldiers, contributing to the successful implementation of local defense and military tasks. The results achieved in the past time will be an important basis for the officers and employees of the logistics and engineering sector of the Provincial Military Command to be more confident and determined to continue to strive to compete and complete their tasks well.
