Ministry of Science and Technology introduces new logo

The new logo represents Vietnam's aspiration to innovate, lead technology and inspire creativity in the digital transformation period.

At a meeting with retired cadres to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the postal sector on August 22 in Da Nang, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) launched a new logo, marking an important step forward in the aspiration for innovation and development.

The new logo is designed with three circles in three main colors: Yellow, White and Blue. Yellow represents the Earth, symbolizing prosperity, centrality, sustainability, along with history and tradition. Yellow represents the spirit of dedication, loyalty and loyalty of the science and technology industry.

Blue represents the sky, intelligence, creativity and scientific research. Blue not only represents endurance and adaptability but also emphasizes the spirit of reaching out to the world, showing pioneering, creativity and breakthrough in the field of technology.

Meanwhile, White represents People, expressing the values ​​of standards, discipline, transparency, objectivity and honesty in State management. White also symbolizes the purity and innocence of intelligence and morality.

In the center of the logo is the image of a yellow star, symbolizing constancy, history, tradition and the goal of prosperity. The moving atomic circle represents science and technology, with symbols such as atoms representing Science, semiconductor chips (AI and core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution), and satellites (telecommunications, digital infrastructure, digital transformation).

Additionally, the moving 101010 circle represents digital technology and data.

The name of the Ministry encompasses science, technology, innovation and digital transformation. Finally, the rotating yin-yang circle symbolizes constant movement, innovation and the complementarity between yin and yang.
