Special collection of paintings and wooden statues by colonel, blind artist

The painting “Lightning speed, boldness, determination to win” by Hero of the People's Armed Forces, Colonel, painter, and sculptor Le Duy Ung is unique in that it was made from the aluminum of the US military runway and depicts the spirit of “lightning speed” rushing to the front to liberate the South and unify the country.

In addition to the painting "Speed, boldness, determination to win", Colonel, painter, sculptor Le Duy Ung has devoted much effort, over many years, to creating wooden reliefs with the theme of armed forces and revolutionary war, reflecting each period of the nation's heroic fighting history. His collection of reliefs now has more than 400 pieces, which he displays in his private house on Dong Thien Street (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi ).
