| Currently, about 50% of the households allocated housing in the resettlement area of Na Hoi village, Phuc Loc commune, have moved to their new homes and started new lives. |
This project is part of the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2025, with the Northern Region Investment and Construction Project Management Board for Transportation and Agriculture acting as the investor.
With a total budget of over 21.1 billion VND, the project aims to resettle and stabilize the housing of 30 households living in areas at high risk of landslides and affected by climate change and natural disasters.
Completing the project at this time is of practical significance in ensuring social welfare and proactively responding to natural disasters, storms, and floods in the area. Currently, the investor is reviewing and re-mapping the land plots and completing the procedures to hand over the land to the households according to regulations.
To help people quickly stabilize their lives and settle down, the provincial authorities have requested the investor to coordinate with the People's Committee of Phuc Loc commune and relevant units to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles, and accelerate the progress of arranging and relocating households to the resettlement area before the peak of this year's rainy and stormy season.
