Summer political theory training for cadres, lecturers and teachers

On August 20, in Ha Long ward, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ninh province organized a conference to foster and train political theory in the summer of 2025 for nearly 500 managers, lecturers, and teachers of universities, colleges, intermediate schools, and affiliated and affiliated units.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission thoroughly grasped the core content of the four Resolutions - the four pillars of the Politburo , including: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution 59-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2025 on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW dated April 30, 2025 on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 on private economic development. In particular, promoting the characteristics of the province and the system of human values of Quang Ninh.

Along with that, the delegates also listened to the Principal of the Cadre Training School Nguyen Van Cu present the topic: Some core contents, new contents in the political report presented to the 14th National Party Congress; achievements, limitations, issues arising in the practice of building Socialism in Vietnam; viewpoints, orientations, solutions to continue to comprehensively and synchronously promote the cause of innovation, construction, and development of the country in the new era of the Vietnamese nation.

The leaders of the provincial Department of Education and Training also thoroughly informed cadres, teachers and lecturers about the new policies of the Party, the State and the province in the fields of education and training; science, technology; innovation and digital transformation. At the same time, they informed cadres and teachers about some measures to combat wrong views and bad and toxic information on the internet and social networks; disseminated key tasks in the 2025-2026 school year and annual professional and technical issues according to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Department of Education and Training.

Annual summer political training is a regular activity, of great significance to equip and update the new policies and guidelines of the Party, new policies and laws of the State and the province. Thereby, helping the team of cadres, teachers and employees to improve their political and ideological awareness, continue to promote their role and responsibility in teaching and educating students.

The 2025-2026 school year has special significance, as it is the year of synchronous implementation of many major policies of the Party, the State and the province related to the direction of continuing to fundamentally and comprehensively innovate education and training in the context of implementing the 2-level local government model. Therefore, mastering the new resolutions, directives and orientations will contribute significantly to the successful completion of the Quang Ninh education sector's tasks.
