Episode 3 of The Face Vietnam 2023, which just aired, continued to bring a wide range of emotions to viewers. In this episode, the show presented a challenge of a "continuous catwalk" on a complex terrain.
During the training sessions, coaches Anh Thư, Vũ Thu Phương, Minh Triệu, and Kỳ Duyên directly guided, directed, and scored the contestants.
The relentless challenges and constant instructions from the coaches caused the contestants to lose their composure. Despite focusing intently on the difficult tasks given by the coaches, they still couldn't avoid falling.
The tension between Vu Thu Phuong, Minh Trieu, and Ky Duyen continues.
The pressure from the challenge led to a more intense "defensive" response from the contestants. Coach Ky Duyen "suggested" that her senior colleague, Vu Thu Phuong, should give the contestants more difficult questions. In response to what she considered a "domineering" attitude from her junior, Coach Vu Thu Phuong firmly retorted: "Stop wanting things so much. The contestants have the right to do whatever they want, why do you keep ordering me around, Ky Duyen?"
Coach Minh Triệu couldn't sit still either, immediately defending her teammate, which only escalated the situation further. Vũ Thu Phương argued that Minh Triệu was being dismissive by suggesting she was bullying Kỳ Duyên.

Not stopping there, Coach Minh Triệu didn't hesitate to clash with Coach Anh Thư when she frankly commented on contestant Tú Anh: "I don't rate the shoes you're wearing here highly." Immediately, Coach Anh Thư clearly expressed her disagreement. The debate escalated when Coach Vũ Thu Phương agreed with Coach Anh Thư's viewpoint. This situation prompted Coach Minh Triệu to sharply and subtly remind Nam Trung: "I think The Face Vietnam 2023 should only have two teams this year."
After going through a series of catwalk challenges, Coach Anh Thư's team secured their first victory thanks to the advantage of having a well-balanced team and the "comeback" of their only male contestant, Minh Toại.
A particularly surprising element appeared in the qualifying round, much to the audience's astonishment: the return of the character "Ghost Ten." Coach Anh Thư wanted the contestants to confront their own fears; if they didn't win, this elimination room would forever remain a "nightmare."
Finally, coach Anh Thư made the decision to eliminate Hoàng Học from Kỳ Duyên - Minh Triệu's team.

The situation escalated when coach Anh Thư entered the waiting room and demanded a formal apology from the duo Minh Triệu and Kỳ Duyên on the day of filming the opening credits.
Immediately afterwards, Coach Minh Triệu, on behalf of her team, apologized to the two senior coaches. However, Coach Anh Thư felt the apology was insincere. Once again, Coach Minh Triệu and Kỳ Duyên explained why they wanted to stand alongside each other, and also analyzed the misunderstandings that arose when all four coaches couldn't find common ground.
Finally, the coaching duo Minh Triệu and Kỳ Duyên asked permission to schedule a more appropriate time to offer their sincere apologies after the competition, as Minh Triệu respects her senior colleague and does not want these minor conflicts to jeopardize a relationship with her esteemed senior in the profession.
