With the theme "Shining Bright with Wonders," the Ha Long Carnival 2024 officially opened at 8:10 PM on April 28, 2024, at the Ocean Park beach (Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long). This year's Ha Long Carnival features distinctive highlights, most notably a live art performance and the first-ever carnival on the sea in Vietnam.
