With the theme “Lighting up with Wonders”, Ha Long Carnival 2024 officially opens at 8:10 p.m. on April 28, 2024 at Ocean Park Beach (Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long). This year’s Ha Long Carnival has unique highlights, notably the live performance and the first Carnaval on the sea in Vietnam.
