On May 16, the Korean movie "Yadang: Three Faces of Betrayal" was officially released to Vietnamese audiences. The film quickly received much love thanks to its engaging and dramatic content.
According to previously announced information, singer Duy Manh is the ambassador when the film is released in Vietnam. His song "Kiep do den" is also used as the soundtrack in the mid-credits scene.
Besides the surprise, many viewers said that the lyrics were very suitable for the content of "Yadang: Three-sided Flip" and helped emphasize the message the film wanted to convey: in the game of power and trust, no one really wins.
On his personal Facebook page, singer Duy Manh shared the song "Kiep do den" which was composed 25 years ago and has a similar meaning to the content of the movie " Yadang: Ba mat troi" exploited on the big screen. The male singer expressed excitement when he became the ambassador for a Korean film for the first time.
Not only does he continuously post information and call on fans to go to the cinema to enjoy the movie, he also appears at many movie screenings and actively interacts and takes photos with the audience.
Previously, "Yadang: The Three Flips" caused a fever at the Korean box office when it earned 29 billion won (about 544 billion VND).
The film revolves around Lee Kang Su (Kang Ha Neul), an ordinary man who accidentally enters the underground drug world and rises to become a notorious "yadang" (informer).
At the height of his "brokering career", Lee Kang-su unexpectedly forms an alliance with prosecutor Ku Gwan-hee (Yoo Hai-jin), a power-hungry man who uses information from "yadang" to advance his career. In addition, Lee Kang-su also encounters police officer Oh Sang-jae (Park Hae-joon), who is willing to risk everything to fight drug crimes.
