The recognition right before the opening of the new school year 2025-2026 is a very meaningful milestone for the school and the education sector of Ca Mau, because this is the school with the first two levels of secondary school in Ca Mau province to be recognized as meeting national standards.

This is also one of the few schools with 2 levels that was established late in Ca Mau but has quite good teaching and learning achievements when for 10 consecutive years, the rate of students passing the high school graduation exam reached 100%.

Tan Bang Junior High School - High School started construction and upgrading on April 25, 2025, with a total cost of about 20 billion VND, sponsored by the Thien Nhan Association of Ho Chi Minh City.

After 130 days of construction, the upgrade was completed on schedule and put into use right before the new school year started, in accordance with the direction of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province.

Delegates attended the inauguration ceremony and recognition of Tan Bang Secondary and High School as meeting national standards.

New construction and upgrade items at the school include: building 10 new classrooms; upgrading 20 classroom blocks, the administrative block, the gate, the guardhouse, the student and teacher parking lot, the stage canopy; leveling the ground outside the fence, renovating the yard, sidewalks, drainage ditches, trees, and purchasing additional necessary equipment...

Tan Bang Secondary and High School was supported with about 20 billion VND to upgrade to meet national standards.

At the inauguration ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of Ca Mau province, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province Nguyen Minh Luan, respectfully thanked the special attention of the Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai to the cause of education and training of the province, as he was the one who directly spoke to the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to mobilize contributions to build Tan Bang Secondary and High School.
