According to Lê Minh Ngọc, the winner of the 2022 Sao Mai singing competition, the series includes classic anthems and chamber music pieces of high artistic value, which have become a precious spiritual asset of the nation, reflecting the glorious historical periods of the capital and the country. Each song is like an epic, carrying within it the indomitable, proud, and elegant spirit of the land and people of Hanoi .

Besides songs with epic melodies, the "Le Minh Ngoc Sings About Hanoi" series also portrays a Hanoi that is elegant, simple, romantic, and profound, where each melody touches the memories and love of the audience as they recall the capital city.
The female singer also chose October 10th to release the first music video in the series, featuring a timeless composition by musician Van Ky, "Song of Hope." Sao Mai Le Minh Ngoc shared that she wanted to convey a different message besides expressing gratitude to Hanoi at this time.

“These days, we are heartbroken to witness the plight of many provinces and cities across the country struggling against severe floods. The song “Song of Hope” was chosen to be released at the beginning of this series as a prayer and a sharing of my feelings with the people, with the lands suffering and losing due to the floods. I believe that, no matter the time, with the spirit and will of the Vietnamese people, hope will never fade, and will always be the strength that helps us overcome all hardships and difficulties and move steadily towards a bright and glorious future,” singer Le Minh Ngoc shared.
The music video "Song of Hope" was filmed by Le Minh Ngoc and the production team Linh Nguyen at famous locations and landmarks in Hanoi, such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Hanoi Flagpole, and the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, during the autumn days of Hanoi. The female singer, with her image as a beautiful and gentle girl from Thang An (Hanoi), wearing a flowing silk ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress), adds charm to every frame.

The highlight of the music video is Le Minh Ngoc's performance of "Song of Hope" - a timeless composition that has been performed by many renowned singers. The female singer delivers the song with a resonant, bright, and sweet classical voice, along with a fresh and youthful tone.
The music video "Song of Hope," along with the series "Le Minh Ngoc Sings About Hanoi," has once again clearly affirmed the artistic path that Le Minh Ngoc is pursuing – classical and traditional Vietnamese music. This is also the direction she officially announced after the success of the musical film "Letter to the Future," a work commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2nd, produced by the Arts and Culture Department (Vietnam Television).
In her series of songs about Hanoi, singer Le Minh Ngoc recounts the story of the capital city from the years of resistance to peace, depicting Hanoi's history through music . Some of the songs she has chosen to release following "Song of Hope" in the near future include "Hanoi People" (Nguyen Dinh Thi), "Night Stars" (Phan Huynh Dieu), "October Emotions" (music by Nguyen Thanh, lyrics by Ta Huu Yen), "The First Spring" (Van Cao), "Remembering Hanoi" (Hoang Hiep)...
