
Comrade Nguyen The Hoan shared the difficulties faced after the flood, and expressed gratitude for the great sacrifices of Mother for the cause of national liberation. He wished Mother to take care of her health, live happily and healthily with her children and grandchildren, and continue to be a shining example for the younger generation to follow.
Previously, ward officials and civil servants along with residents in the neighborhood joined hands to clean up the house and rearrange furniture to help the family stabilize their living space after the floodwaters receded for the mother.
On this occasion, Thien Tam Fund, Vingroup Group donated 20 million VND to help Vietnamese Heroic Mother Lam Thi Men stabilize her life soon.
On the same afternoon, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Thuc Phan ward organized 28 delegations to present essential necessities to policy families, poor households, and households in especially difficult circumstances in the area that suffered heavy damage caused by storm No. 11.

At the families, representatives of the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front and comrades in the Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee of the ward encouraged and deeply shared the losses and damages that the households were suffering. The ward leaders expressed their hope that the families would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactively overcome difficulties, gradually stabilize their lives and soon return to normal activities.
The gifts include rice, instant noodles, drinking water, cooking oil, fish sauce, milk and some other essential necessities, which were handed to over 500 households severely affected by the floods. Of these, 200 gifts were from the ward Party Committee, government, and Fatherland Front; 200 gifts were from the Central Vietnam Red Cross Society (authorized by the Provincial Red Cross); 100 gifts were donated by the Provincial Protestant Representative Board in connection with OneWay Social Enterprise Company Limited (Ho Chi Minh City).
On October 11, comrade Trieu Thi Kieu Dung, Vice Principal of Hoang Dinh Giong Political School , connected and presented 45 gifts to households affected by storms in Na Teng and Thai Cuong hamlets, Hoa An commune.

Na Teng and Thai Cuong are two hamlets heavily affected by storms No. 10 and 11. Many households were deeply flooded, their houses were devastated, their properties were damaged or swept away by floodwaters; the entire area of rice, corn and crops was lost.
Faced with the severe impact of natural disasters in Hoa An commune, comrade Trieu Thi Kieu Dung, Vice Principal of Hoang Dinh Giong Political School, called on and connected with Truong Vinh Trade Development and Service Company Limited to 45 households, each with 1 million VND. Of which, Na Teng hamlet had 25 households, Thai Cuong hamlet had 20 households.
The working delegation of the Provincial Cooperative Union (CPU) visited and encouraged share and grasp the damage situation Storm No. 11 (Matmo) caused in the province and gave gifts to the units.

The delegation visited, encouraged and presented gifts to units: Cooperatives and members at Pa Me Cooperative, Truong Ha Commune; Tra Linh Environmental Cooperative; Hoa Thuan Agricultural and Forestry Construction and Trade Services Cooperative, Phuc Hoa Commune; presented gifts to 5 households and 15 households participating in the corn biomass planting chain, of which Phuc Hoa Agricultural and Forestry Cooperative is the leading unit in Hanh Phuc Commune, affected by storm No. 11.
The delegation shared the losses suffered by member cooperatives and farmers after two storms and floods, and affirmed that the Provincial Cooperative Union will continue to accompany and support cooperatives in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, connecting resources for cooperatives to soon stabilize production and business, especially proposing to relevant authorities and branches to have timely and appropriate support policies.
On the same day , the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association visited and presented gifts to 10 members in the wards of Thuc Phan, Nung Tri Cao and Tan Giang affected by storm No. 11.

At the places visited, representatives of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association acknowledged the efforts of members to overcome difficulties after the storm; at the same time, shared the losses and damages to property, production and business establishments that were heavily affected. Representatives of the association listened to the thoughts and aspirations of each member to promptly grasp, synthesize, and recommend to all levels and sectors to consider supporting and creating conditions to restore production and stabilize life.
Promoting the spirit of "mutual love", on October 11, a group of Thanh Xuan residents ( Hanoi city) coordinated with the People's Committee of Can Yen commune to present many practical gifts to support people in the commune affected by floods.

The delegation gave 200 barrels of water, 80 kg of rice, 100 bags of dumplings, 150 meals (pork patties, sticky rice), 50 life jackets, 20 barrels of milk, 1 barrel of cake and 20 barrels of instant noodles to households that suffered heavy damage.
According to statistics, the whole commune had 124 houses flooded, 1 house was swept away, 2 school fences collapsed with a total length of 58 m; 57 households had to be urgently evacuated from areas at risk of landslides and burial. Many areas of crops, irrigation works, electricity and water systems were severely damaged. Total damage was estimated at over 7 billion VND. The gifts from the delegation were a timely source of encouragement, helping people overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
On October 11, the Economic Police Department, Provincial Police visited, encouraged and gave gifts to households in especially difficult circumstances affected by storm No. 11.
