Tomato flavor - light and elegant
From large, vibrant red tomatoes to bright yellow or mysterious deep purple, each variety opens up countless variations, enriching the culinary experience when the tomatoes are dried for 12 - 16 hours at the right temperature.

Fresh kohlrabi rolled with Dong Van dried radish
Dong Van radish, a gift from the far North, stands out with its cool sweetness mixed with a bit of spiciness, like the quintessence of the harsh climate.
After harvesting, the radishes are dried by the people under the dry mountain sun, transforming into fragrant, crispy dried radish fibers while still retaining all their nutrients. Considered as “winter ginseng”, white radish is also a precious medicinal herb, supporting immune enhancement, reducing inflammation, supporting weight loss and preventing cancer. Dong Van Stone Plateau – Ha Giang , where the rocky land is dry and the weather is cold, is the cradle of unique agricultural products.
Purple sweet potato noodle soup, Lam Dong mushrooms
