Ms. Do Ngoc Quyen, from Tan Trung hamlet, Tan An Tay commune, said: "In recent years, the space at the one-stop service center has been arranged quite comfortably, with many improvements, and the distance between officials and people has become closer and friendlier. On August 13th, I went to the one-stop service center to apply for health insurance for my child, and the officials there guided me attentively and processed the application quickly. I am very satisfied."
The concluding report of the Provincial Administrative Reform Inspection Team in mid-August highly praised the results of administrative reform in the district, notably the development of e-government and digital government. The team also acknowledged and highly appreciated the effective initiatives of two commune-level units (Tan An and Tan An Tay), which the team inspected, in disseminating legal information and providing legal assistance to citizens through the creation of Zalo groups.

According to Mr. Tran Hoang Lac, besides the advantages and outstanding results, the district also faces certain difficulties. Therefore, he proposed that the Provincial People's Council consider policies to support civil servants and officials working at the one-stop service centers at all levels. He also requested that the Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Office, regarding the software for the administrative procedure processing information system, research and add features to improve the implementation of processes, fix some errors, and reduce the processing time for responsible civil servants. He also requested support in granting access rights to responsible officials at the district level in controlling files on the electronic one-stop service software. Furthermore, he suggested organizing training to update knowledge on reviewing administrative procedures for responsible civil servants according to Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP.
"The district will focus on implementing several key solutions and tasks to ensure the highest effectiveness of administrative reform: strengthening digital transformation in various fields, applying electronic identification and authentication, using digital signatures, and online payments in transactions between citizens and state agencies. Reviewing and proposing to shorten the processing time of administrative procedures, and recommending to competent authorities the amendment and supplementation of cumbersome and inappropriate administrative procedures. Improving the quality of administrative procedure processing, minimizing cases of delayed applications; effectively apologizing to organizations and individuals for errors or delays in processing compared to regulations. Continuing to build on the achievements in online application processing, online payment, digitization of documents, and results of administrative procedure processing, ensuring that the set plan is exceeded. Directing civil servants at the one-stop service center to guide and educate citizens so that they understand, trust, and independently carry out the process, thereby helping to increase the rate of self-service implementation." "Online public services will contribute to improving the administrative reform index in the district in the coming time," Mr. Tran Hoang Lac emphasized.
