Callio gets major speed and performance updates

Báo Thanh niênBáo Thanh niên17/08/2023

Callio - the first application for managing sales departments and managing customer relationships using interactive CRM (interCRM) in Vietnam has just updated to version 4.0. According to the development team, the new application has optimized and streamlined the standard source code, reducing unnecessary libraries without changing the features. In addition, the update also helps increase the speed of startup and use in the program, reducing minor errors that arise.

In addition, the program has overcome the situation where the new versions of Android and iOS operating systems limit the background running process, making it difficult to receive calls from applications with voice functions on smartphones. In the coming time, the development team will gradually update features on the web version such as reporting, campaign calling, phone book synchronization, etc.

According to Callio CEO Giang Thien Phu, currently each month the Callio interactive CRM solution has more than 2,000 customers who automatically top up and pay fees, which are business partners, stores, etc. with a large number of users. The total number of calls recorded on the system reaches an average of 500,000 calls/day, equivalent to 15 million calls/month.

Previously, the system development company attracted attention on Shark Tank season 5 when it rejected Shark Hung's offer and entered the Top 3 Vietnamese Startups in 2022.
