Cameron Davis wins the 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic golf tournament

At the end of the final day of competition this morning (Vietnam time), Cameron Davis had a total score of -18 strokes, leading the tournament.

The Australian golfer is just one point ahead of the group of four in T2 (tied for second place). This group of four includes Aaron Rai (England), Davis Thompson (USA), Min Woo Lee (Australia) and Akshay Bhatia (USA), each with a total score of -17 strokes.

Even those in T6 had decent scores. They included Erik van Rooyen (South Africa), Cameron Young, Eric Cole (both from the US) and Rico Hoey (Philippines), each with a total of -15 strokes.

Cameron Davis won the 2024 Rocket Mrotgage Classic and won a prize of 1.656 million USD (more than 42 billion VND). The group of golfers in T2 position received 616,400 USD (about 15.7 billion VND) each.

As for the golfers in T6 position, each person received 300,150 USD (more than 7.6 billion VND). These are not small numbers for a tournament that does not attract the biggest names in the world of golf.

The reason why the strongest golfers did not participate in the Rocket Mortgage Classic is because they have just experienced major tournaments (equivalent to the nature of Grand Slam tournaments in tennis), as well as focusing on the 2024 Paris Olympics.
