TPO - The project to build the 3.5 beltway from Thang Long Avenue to National Highway 32, worth more than 1,000 billion VND, is an important traffic infrastructure project of the capital, expected to be put into use at the end of 2021. One of the reasons for the slow progress of the route is the land acquisition problem. Within the scope of the Ring Road 3.5 project (from Thang Long Avenue to National Highway 32), there is about 6,000 m2 of the Vuon Chuoi site (Kim Chung commune, Hoai Duc district). In order to complete the Ring Road 3.5 project, it is necessary to excavate and relocate this site.
