Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Duong Duc Tuan, has just signed Decision No. 6132/QD-UBND approving the detailed planning project for the central spatial axis area of the Quang An peninsula, at a scale of 1/500. The location is in Quang An ward and Tu Lien ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi city. |

The project aims to concretize the urban zoning plan for the West Lake area and its surroundings (A6), at a scale of 1/2000, and to make local adjustments to the A6 urban zoning plan at a scale of 1/2000 in planning zones 16, 17, 19, and the surrounding roads. |

According to observations by Tien Phong reporters, the area around Dam Tri Lake has been fenced off with corrugated iron sheets and signs advertising the project have been posted. |

The dome also incorporates a pearlescent effect, allowing the changing moments of time, such as sunrise and sunset, to be reflected on the lake's surface, creating a unique and beautiful spectacle. |

Dam Tri Lake is a small lake with an area of approximately 6.7 hectares located within the West Lake complex. Before 2023, some residents encroached on the lake to build shops and stalls. In April 2023, the Tay Ho District People's Committee carried out enforcement actions to clear the land and construction violations in the Dam Tri Lake area, located in Quang An Ward. |

Local authorities stated that, following the conclusions of the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment's inspection, the relevant agencies have reviewed cases of violations of agricultural land use in the area. Since then, no new violations have occurred in the area around Dam Tri Lake. |
