Can Tho: High-end apartment complex inaugurated.

The Cara River Park apartment complex project, upon completion, contributes to creating an architectural highlight, enlivening the urban space, and promoting the modernization and development of Can Tho city.

On the morning of December 19th, Cara Group held the inauguration ceremony for the Cara River Park apartment complex project. This is one of seven key projects selected by Can Tho City for inauguration and commencement to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and one of 234 projects that commenced, were inaugurated, or had their technical traffic opened in 34 provinces and cities nationwide during this special occasion.

The Cara River Park apartment complex project received investment approval on August 12, 2022, according to Decision No. 2729/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Can Tho City, with a total investment of over 564 billion VND.

Mr. Duong Quoc Thuy, Chairman and CEO of Cara Group, delivered a speech at the ceremony.

Inspired by the "Heavenly Pearl"—a product of nature's essence, deeply rooted in East Asian culture—the Cara River Park apartment complex, a 20-story building, offers a total of 358 apartments, including 8 penthouses and 20 commercial shophouses. Here, 100% of the apartments feature spacious balconies with unobstructed views. The higher you go, the more beautiful the view becomes, encompassing the tranquil and picturesque Hau River, the city center, bustling avenues, and the lush central park.

The project benefits from an additional 1,972 m2 park between the two apartment buildings, along with more than 35 diverse and upscale internal amenities such as a swimming pool, playground, BBQ garden, and commercial shophouses clad in solid marble…

According to Mr. Duong Quoc Thuy, Chairman and CEO of Cara Group, to date, more than 90% of the products in the project have been sold, setting a record for the absorption rate of luxury apartments in Can Tho. The completion and operation of the project not only provides housing for residents but also contributes to the development of infrastructure and the urban architectural landscape of Can Tho City, improving the quality of life for local people.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Tran Van Chinh, Standing Committee Member of the City Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City, stated that the city's leaders acknowledge and highly appreciate the sense of responsibility, seriousness, and systematic approach of the investor in developing high-quality housing projects, contributing to building a more civilized, modern, and livable city.

According to Mr. Tran Van Chinh, the completion and commissioning of the Cara River Park apartment complex project contributes to creating an architectural highlight, enlivening the urban space, promoting urban renovation and development towards modernity; providing more high-quality housing, meeting the housing needs of people, contributing to improving the quality of life and property value.

At the same time, it creates a foundation and impetus to attract investors to continue researching and implementing large-scale urban and housing development projects with transparent legal frameworks and high quality in the city in the coming time.

The Cara River Park apartment complex project is one of seven key projects selected by Can Tho City for inauguration and commencement to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Along with the inauguration of the Cara River Park apartment complex project, on the morning of December 19th, Can Tho City simultaneously held inauguration/groundbreaking ceremonies for 6 projects and works to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Specifically, two projects were inaugurated: the East-West Economic Development Axis road (formerly in Soc Trang province), with a total length of over 56 km and a total investment of 2,000 billion VND; and the Hong Loan social housing apartment complex, Block B (232 units), Block C (384 units), with a height of 9 floors and a 4-story parking garage, with a total investment of nearly 467 billion VND.

In addition, construction commenced on 4 projects: Wind Power Plant No. 7 - Phase 2 in Vinh Hai commune, with a designed capacity of 90 MW and a total investment of VND 3,728 billion; Nguyen Chi Thanh Bridge and Road, located in Vi Thanh and Vi Tan wards, with a total investment of VND 1,600 billion from the local budget; Hong Loan Block A social housing apartment complex in Cai Rang ward, with a scale of 420 apartments and a 2-story parking garage, with a total investment of over VND 283 billion; An Phu Eco City apartment complex in Cai Rang ward, with a land area of ​​approximately 1.73 hectares, comprising an 8-story apartment building with 90 social housing units, 10 shophouses, and 86 townhouses, catering to diverse needs ranging from 60-130 m2.
