Cao Bang: Placing signs at construction sites to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress

On the afternoon of September 9, Cao Bang province held a ceremony to attach a signboard to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, at the road renovation and upgrading project from Truong Ha commune to Thong Nong commune, Cao Bang province.

The route is more than 30km long, with a total investment of 400 billion VND, starting point Km0+00 connecting to Ho Chi Minh road at route Km12+500 in Truong Ha commune, ending point Km30+097 connecting to provincial road 204 at route Km26+300, the intersection of Thong Nong commune.

The completed project creates a vital traffic axis connecting the two communes, shortening travel time, opening up opportunities for trade, socio -economic development, and improving people's quality of life.

This is also the driving force to promote the development of agricultural and forestry products, form new residential areas, shift economic structure, and increase people's income.

The route also creates conditions for the development of ecological and cultural tourism, connecting historical relics of the revolutionary homeland, while expanding the ability to call for and attract investment.

In terms of national defense and security, the route has strategic significance, contributing to maintaining border sovereignty and ensuring social order and safety.

The leader of the Cao Bang Provincial Traffic Project Management Board said that the project implementation process from 2021 encountered some difficulties and obstacles in site clearance, conversion of forest land use purposes, natural disasters, storms and floods, however, thanks to the active participation of relevant parties in site clearance... the road has been completed.
