Nghe An: Economic center of the North Central region
With its strategic geographical location, rich resources and abundant human resources, Nghe An is gradually affirming its role as the economic center of the North Central region - one of the driving forces for economic development of the whole country.

The transport infrastructure system of sea, river, air, rail and road has also shaped the economic strength of the province, attracting the leading FDI in the country. Cua Lo seaport and Vinh airport are being upgraded to meet the increasing demand for freight and passenger transport. This not only helps Nghe An become an important logistics center but also creates conditions for businesses in the region to easily access international markets. To date, many sections of the North-South expressway have been opened to traffic, shortening the time connecting Nghe An and the provinces of the Northern key economic region, especially to the capital Hanoi, to only about 3.5 hours.

Along with economic development is the prevalence of consumer style and the demand for higher quality of life of urban residents. Not only approaching big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, but urban areas in Nghe An also have high requirements of a land where many strict criteria converge: meeting diverse and modern consumption and entertainment needs, while focusing on high aesthetics, cultural values and sustainable development.

It is the strict requirements of consumers that have promoted the formation of a new generation of urban models, beyond the usual criteria of old-style urban models. Typically, cities with narrow traffic infrastructure are no longer suitable in the context of people owning cars, the need for parking requires not only wide roads, but also cool urban areas, wide infrastructure must be accompanied by green infrastructure. The need to use utilities does not stop at eye-catching utilities, but requires depth in the utility experience: commercial services, international schools, hospitals equipped with advanced technology, utilities that have a positive impact on health, suitable for modern development criteria such as sports fields, four-season salt electrolysis swimming pools, or high-quality spaces with high artistry such as water music squares, art squares that serve many cultural and social activities of the city. Residents need an integration between a convenient, modern lifestyle and still need community connection, need a strong voice of the community for common social issues. This is what has brought the model of a well-planned metropolitan area to develop early in Nghe An, helping Nghe An surpass Da Nang, Can Tho and many large cities across the country to become one of the localities with a model metropolitan area, similar to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in terms of urban living standards.
Model of a exemplary metropolis in the center of Nghe An

Typical of a well-planned metropolitan model that meets the strict requirements of urban residents in the new trend, Eco Central Park has become a model of scale, the resonance of utility values, commerce, services and lifestyle. The impressive urban planning ratio through a set of 3 parameters: 43% of the area is reserved for landscape with a system of parks, squares, water surfaces, walking paths, sports fields, communal gardens and residents' gardens; 39% of the area is reserved for traffic infrastructure and utilities serving residents, in which the highlight is that the traffic infrastructure is not only large with 70m, 34m, 24.5m avenues or internal roads of at least 14m but also covered with green trees by a multi-layered landscape system; finally, the lowest area ratio in the urban area belongs to construction works, only 19% of the total scale. This helps the house not only be a space within 4 walls, but also a resonance value of many important factors that create a worthy living environment for many generations.
This also explains the influx of thousands of professional real estate personnel from Hanoi and HCM markets to Eco Central Park to learn, experience and research the new generation metropolitan model in recent times.

Participating in the experience on September 16, Ms. Phat Nguyen - IQI Vietnam Co., Ltd., from Ho Chi Minh City expressed: "We have participated in the development of many large urban areas in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, but were really overwhelmed when coming to Eco Central Park, because it combines the modern and luxurious elements of the urban area, while preserving very unique indigenous values such as the native tree conservation park, the Campus Park experimental learning park, or the use of large-scale water and landscape systems to create microclimates, helping to cool the temperature in the summer of Vinh city, and there are works that represent the strong development of the province in the new era such as the iconic Central Park Residences tower, the Water Music Square, the Light Square. We were really impressed with the traffic infrastructure planning, the roads are 2-3 times wider than other urban areas, and the connectivity between utilities and commerce and services is very methodically arranged, approaching the planning vision of Singapore - the place to go years ahead of us in urban development”.

The systematic planning and connection have helped Eco Central Park become a typical urban area in Nghe An, a place to organize a series of cultural, social and entertainment events of the province in general, Vinh City (old) in particular. The attraction of the metropolis in the heart of the city also urges a large part of the population to change their concept of life, shifting from concerns about single houses to stricter standards of living environment with full modern, synchronous, secure and quality facilities.
