Mobilizing over 346 billion VND to build new rural areas in Truong Ninh commune

The rural appearance is increasingly changing in the direction of urbanization, people's lives are improved; essential infrastructure has met the basic needs of economic development; criteria on education-training, health care, culture have developed, security and order are maintained. The landscape and rural environment are increasingly improved in the direction of green-clean-beautiful, contributing to creating momentum for the socio-economic development process of the locality. The total budget mobilized to implement the new rural construction program for the period 2020-2025 is over 346.8 billion VND; of which the state budget is 309.9 billion VND, the people contribute 36.9 billion VND.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Truong Ninh Commune, Truong Ngoc Quy, said that with the goal of building a new rural area to improve the material and spiritual life of people in rural areas, gradually investing in infrastructure, developing appropriate economic structures and production organization forms, Truong Ninh Commune strives to reach the advanced new rural area goal by 2030.

To achieve the set goals, the commune focuses on mobilizing and integrating resources to invest in essential infrastructure to gradually complete and improve the quality of the criteria; focuses on propagating the achievements in building new rural areas, creating trust, encouraging and motivating people to continue to compete and join hands to build advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas.
