Coordinate the creation of identification cards for people with especially severe mental illness.

To make the ID card process go smoothly, Dong Son Ward Police and Bac Quang Tri Mental Health Care Center have carefully prepared facilities and arranged staff to support mentally ill people when they come to the place to complete the procedures.

QTO - Implementing Decision No. 06/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030, on the morning of November 7, Dong Son Ward Police organized the making of ID cards for 35 extremely severe mental patients who are being cared for and rehabilitated at the Bac Quang Tri Mental Health Care Center.

Although many subjects were mentally unstable and difficult to cooperate, with the sense of responsibility and closeness of the police force, the ID card making process was completed according to the set plan.

For vulnerable groups in society, having an identity card means being recognized, protected by law and having favorable conditions in accessing health care and social security services.
