QTO - On the morning of November 7, information from Nam Trach Commune Police said that a local resident lost contact while herding cows.

Specifically, according to the report of Ms. Le Thi Hoa (born in 1975, residing in Thang Loi residential group, Nam Trach commune), at about 1:00 p.m. on November 6, her husband, Mr. LVT (born in 1968), took the cow to graze at the Ben Cat rubber plantation (Xung Kich residential group, Nam Trach commune).

At around 6:00 p.m. the same day, not seeing Mr. LVT return, his family went looking for him and discovered his clothes, phone, sandals, watch, and hat left on the shore.

After receiving information about the incident, the Commune Police, local authorities and people coordinated and deployed search plans.

As of this morning, authorities have yet to find any trace of Mr. LVT.
