Faced with the extremely complicated and dangerous developments of storm No. 13 (Kalmaegi storm), the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue of Phu Xuan commune activated the entire response system at the highest level, in which the lives and safety of the people are put first.
