Previously, through understanding the local situation, the provincial police's criminal detectives discovered a group of people who often gathered at Nguyen Thi Nhi's house at night, then changed into camouflage clothes, brought electric shocks, pepper spray, sacks, black tape, gasoline bottles, slingshots, then got on large-displacement motorbikes, split up and went in many directions to Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa province (old); Dong Hoa town (old) and communes in the western region of Phu Yen province (old) to commit the act of stealing domestic animals.
At midnight, the group gathered back at the old location, handed over the stolen animals to Mrs. Nhi to sell, then continued on their next mission. All their activities took place in the dark and ended, erasing all traces before dawn.
After many nights of ambush and tracking, the police force caught Nghia and Tien red-handed when they had just stolen 10 animals from Tuy Hoa ward and the communes of Son Thanh, Duc Binh, and Song Hinh to gather at Mrs. Nhi's house to sell.
The Provincial Police Investigation Agency is focusing on fighting, expanding the case, and strictly handling related subjects according to the law.
