Each economic solution must aim at stable employment, increasing income, ensuring a clean and sustainable living environment.

As a heritage city, Hue always faces the problem of conservation and development. The programs of relocating the population of the Citadel, urban beautification, and space expansion directly impact tens of thousands of households. Practice shows that when people are listened to, explained, and adequately supported, large projects are agreed upon, progress is accelerated, and efficiency is improved.

Entering the 2025 - 2030 period, Hue aims to develop a smart, green - clean - bright, modern urban area without losing its identity. The City Party Executive Committee will build channels to receive and respond to people's recommendations; promote the supervisory role of the Fatherland Front and organizations so that policies are implemented fairly and effectively. At the same time, focus on training high-quality human resources, attracting talents, improving cultural and spiritual life, encouraging community initiatives, urban self-management movements, tourism and environment. In particular, develop economic models associated with heritage, community tourism, and unique cultural products, both protecting the value of the Ancient Capital and creating sustainable livelihoods.

The City Party Committee determined to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, and the quality of cadres and Party members.
