According to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Ba Na Cable Car Service Joint Stock Company has just announced its financial report for the first six months of 2025 with many positive results.
Ba Na Cable Car earns nearly 1,000 billion VND in pre-tax profit.
In the first half of the year, the company recorded pre-tax profit of approximately VND 1,000 billion and after- tax profit of over VND 846 billion, a significant increase compared to the same period in 2024. The after-tax profit margin on equity reached 9.3%, considerably higher than the 5.6% of the same period last year.
Ba Na Cable Car reported increased profits thanks to the continued stability of its core business's gross profit margin.
As of June 30th, the company's equity had increased by nearly 26% compared to the end of 2024, reflecting its increasingly strong financial potential.
Another positive point is the sharp decrease in outstanding bond debt, bringing the total bond debt-to-equity ratio down to 0.32 times. Liquidity indicators also improved significantly. The short-term solvency ratio reached 2.24 times, up from 1.46 times in the same period, showing that the company has proactively managed its working capital and is well-equipped to meet its short-term financial obligations.

Ba Na Cable Car Makes Big Profits
Construction begins on a 52 trillion VND complex at Ba Na – Suoi Mo.
Alongside its business results, at the end of August, the company commenced phase 2 of its resort and entertainment complex in Ba Na Hills, with a total investment of 52,000 billion VND.
The Ba Na – Suoi Mo Eco- tourism & Urban Complex covers an area of 806 hectares, stretching across two communes in Hoa Vang district (Da Nang), comprising the Suoi Mo eco-urban area at the foot of the mountain and the tourist area on the summit of Ba Na.
During this phase, the project will implement several components such as a 2,500-room 5-star resort complex, an entertainment area, a multi-purpose performance hall, an indoor themed garden, and a convention center. In addition, the company will also launch the Ba Na Cable Car Line 9, with a one-way length of 5.9 km, comprising 154 cabins, and a transport capacity of 2,900 passengers per hour.
With positive business results and large-scale projects underway, Ba Na Cable Car continues to affirm its position as a leading tourism and service enterprise, possessing significant growth potential in the coming years.
