Located on an area of 18.9 hectares, developed by CLD in collaboration with UOA Group through many phases, Sycamore provides 3,500 long-term ownership apartments in low, mid and high-rise areas, providing quality living space for about 13,000 residents.

CLD officially launched the second phase of the Sycamore project, which is two high-rise towers with 774 apartments in the Orchard Hill subdivision.

Covering an area of 9.1 hectares, The Orchard is Sycamore’s first closed community project. Housing types in this low-rise subdivision include townhouses, semi-detached villas and single villas, with areas ranging from 90 to 370 m2 . The reserved units have an average price of about 100 million VND/ m2 . The Orchard is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
Orchard Hill is the first high-rise subdivision of Sycamore. Consisting of two 24-storey apartment towers located on a 1.1-hectare land area, Orchard Hill is designed to meet the residential needs of nuclear families, young couples and foreign experts working in Binh Duong .
The project offers a total of 774 apartments with a variety of areas, from 56m2 one-bedroom to 112m2 three-bedroom, as well as duplex and penthouse apartments. Orchard Hill is expected to open for sale in Q4-2024 and complete in Q4-2026.
