Carnival "Colors of the Quang Ngai Islands"

On the afternoon of June 1st, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ngai province organized the Carnival program "Colors of Quang Ngai's Islands and Seas," as part of the 2026 Quang Ngai Island and Sea Tourism Festival. Attending the event were Ms. Y Thi Bich Tho, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nghe Minh Hong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and 200 delegates from various departments, agencies, and localities.

The "Colorful Sea and Island of Quang Ngai" Carnival is one of the prominent activities within the framework of the 2026 Quang Ngai Sea and Island Tourism Festival, marking the beginning of the 2026 Vietnam Sea and Islands Week. The event contributes to stimulating summer tourism and also serves as a space for community connection, promoting the image of Quang Ngai as a dynamic, friendly province rich in cultural identity to domestic and international tourists.

The festival will take place from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM tonight at Pham Van Dong Street Square and several streets in Cam Thanh Ward. Over 300 artists, beauty queens, models, dancers, and approximately 3,000 people from various agencies, organizations, businesses, schools, clubs, and groups in the province will participate. Many special activities such as fashion shows, street music , carnival parades, and vibrant artistic performances will create a dazzling and attractive festival atmosphere for locals and tourists.
