Casemiro has decided to choose Inter Miami as his next destination after leaving Manchester United this summer.

According to The Athletic , Casemiro will move to Miami despite receiving offers from several other clubs. LA Galaxy had the priority in negotiations with the former Real Madrid star and repeatedly approached his agent. However, Casemiro's desire to play for Inter Miami caused the California team to give up.

Inter Miami boasts a host of big names like Lionel Messi, Rodrigo De Paul, and German Berterame. The arrival of Casemiro is expected to significantly strengthen the midfield, especially given the team's current turbulent period following the departure of coach Javier Mascherano.

However, the deal is not simple. MLS has strict salary cap regulations, and Inter Miami currently has no "Designated Player" slots available for high-paid superstars. Therefore, David Beckham's team is expected to adopt a similar approach to when they recruited Jordi Alba: signing him to a contract with a salary cap before increasing his benefits later on.

At 34 years old, Casemiro still maintains a high level of performance. This season, he scored 9 goals in 33 starts for MU, helping the team return to the Champions League.
