The ceremony honoring outstanding Party branch secretaries has concluded, but the image and methods of these 96 branch secretaries will continue to spread. Each of them demonstrated creativity in leading their branch, implementing Party resolutions in practice through close collaboration with the people, and earning their trust and affection by "matching words with actions."

The Party branch secretary is the political nucleus at the grassroots level, playing a crucial role in organizing and implementing political tasks in residential areas, agencies, and units. Practical experience shows that the quality of the Party branch's activities depends greatly on the competence, prestige, and sense of responsibility of the branch secretary. They are the direct and strong bridge between the Party's will and the people's aspirations, promptly and accurately conveying the Party's policies to the masses, while truthfully reflecting the legitimate concerns and aspirations of the people to Party committees and government at all levels. Regardless of the location, agency, or unit, and despite each individual's unique approach and creativity, every honored Party branch secretary clearly demonstrates their role as a pioneer, a trailblazer, someone who dares to think, dares to act, and dares to take responsibility. They share a common goal – that their actions reflect a deep belief in the Party's guidelines and policies, and are for the legitimate interests of the people.

The 96 Party branch secretaries honored represent over 250,000 Party branch secretaries nationwide and are truly exemplary role models. This demonstrates the Party's special attention to Party building at the grassroots level. The honored Party branch secretaries come from different regions and age groups, each demonstrating their own creative approach to working with the people and the grassroots. Some Party branch secretaries in mountainous areas – where many outdated customs are deeply ingrained in the spiritual lives of the people – have dedicated significant time and effort to educating the community and helping them overcome the long-standing tradition of waiting a long time before burial. They have visited individual households to encourage people to develop livestock and crop farming models suitable to the climate, soil, and conditions of each family, helping many households rise out of poverty and develop their economy .

Furthermore, some Party branch secretaries have adopted creative approaches, demonstrating their close connection with the grassroots and people by proactively developing plans with the Party committee to assign Party members to directly meet and discuss with the people. This helps resolve difficulties in mobilizing and educating the people about land clearance for construction projects in the area. The timely involvement of Party branch secretaries and Party members in this mobilization effort has helped people understand and highly agree with the land clearance and acquisition policies for projects serving the common economic interests. As a result, the emergence of "hot spots" during land acquisition has been avoided.

Some Party branch secretaries have also earned the people's trust through their pioneering spirit and consistency between words and actions. Some have even contributed personal assets to partially fund the upgrading of cultural, sports, and transportation infrastructure in their villages. This pioneering, exemplary, and leading role of the Party branch secretary has truly had a ripple effect among the residents, creating consensus among the people as they participate in building cultural, sports, and transportation infrastructure for the common good of the community. When the Party branch secretary and Party member lead the way, the people will surely follow and support them!

The 14th National Congress of the Party set forth the following requirements: to strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be clean, strong, and comprehensive; to enhance the Party's leadership, governance, and fighting capacity; to build, train, cultivate, and refine a team of cadres with sufficient virtue, strength, and talent; to thoroughly understand the viewpoint that "the people are the foundation," to maintain and strengthen the close relationship between the Party and the people, and to use the happiness and satisfaction of the people as a measure of the effectiveness of the work of Party organizations and the entire political system.

Continuing to pay attention to, train, and nurture, and promptly encourage and honor the team of Party branch secretaries is a requirement demanded by practical realities. Commendations are not only a source of pride for individual Party branch secretaries but also a strong motivation and encouragement for cadres and Party members at the grassroots level. This aims to create an increasingly close bond between the Party's will and the people's aspirations, fostering vibrant emulation, and contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization that meets the requirements of the new stage of national development.
