Special TV bridge to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory

According to the production team, this name was inspired by the rotating flag "Determined to fight - Determined to win" sent by Uncle Ho to the front in 1953, which was a rotating award to encourage the entire army to overcome difficulties and dangers, enthusiastically compete and achieve achievements.

Under the Victory Flag will be broadcast live from 5 locations: Hanoi , Dien Bien, Thanh Hoa, Kon Tum, Ho Chi Minh City.
