Accordingly, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Duc Trong commune organized delegations to visit and present gifts to People's Forces Hero Mai Thanh Minh and 24 families of martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution in difficult circumstances in the commune.

At the places visited, on behalf of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, the working delegations presented gifts and kindly inquired about the health and living conditions, listened to the thoughts and wishes, and expressed deep gratitude for the great sacrifices of heroes, martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

At the same time, on the evening of July 25, more than 500 union members from the associations and organizations of Duc Trong commune participated in the candle lighting ceremony at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs organized by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in coordination with the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Duc Trong commune.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee coordinated with T&T Group and Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB ), Lien Khuong Branch - Petrolimex Aviation Fuel Joint Stock Company to present 30 gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, former youth volunteers, and families with meritorious services to the revolution with a total amount of more than 30 million VND.
