According to CNN , after a day accompanying US President Donald Trump to Beijing, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang spent time exploring the famous traditional alleyways of the Chinese capital. On May 15th, videos circulated online showing the tech billionaire enjoying Beijing's renowned mixed noodles.
In videos shared online, billionaire Jensen Huang is still wearing his signature black leather jacket – a familiar style he wears when strolling around town – even though the outdoor temperature is nearly 30 degrees Celsius.

According to QQ , the Nvidia CEO stood right in front of the restaurant, holding a bowl of black bean paste noodles and eating with great relish amidst a curious crowd. Many mobile devices were pointed at the billionaire, but he remained unfazed. Restaurant staff said Jensen Huang was offered a bowl of the signature black bean paste noodles with black pork, priced at 38 yuan. "He praised the dish as very delicious," the staff member recounted.
Fangzhuanchang is a popular, casual eatery in Beijing. The restaurant has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand – a category for restaurants serving delicious food at affordable prices.
The Michelin homepage once described this place: "Ordering at this unpretentious eatery is a no-brainer. The menu only has one dish, zhajiangmian (soybean curd noodles), but it's packed with diners from opening to closing. These wonderfully chewy noodles are topped with a rich and fragrant soy sauce, along with condiments like shredded cucumber, radish, and greens. You can also add pickled garlic and dill chili sauce for extra flavor."

The 63-year-old billionaire continues to experiment with Chinese food. Mr. Huang visited the Mixue beverage chain to pick up a peach oolong tea and bought some pastries at another long-established store. According to a video shared on X , he also tried "dau xi"—a fermented soybean drink with a grayish-green color and a pungent, sour taste.
Along with many famous entrepreneurs such as Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Apple CEO Tim Cook, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg, etc., billionaire Jensen Huang was part of the delegation accompanying US President Donald Trump on his visit to China.
According to CNBC , Jensen Huang was not initially on the list of accompanying businessmen; he was added at the last minute.
