On June 26, 2025, Bac Ninh Power Company decided to terminate the operations of the Power Companies and establish corresponding Regional Power Management Teams under Bac Ninh Power Company.

Bac Ninh Electricity Company continues to support customers in using electricity safely and effectively.

Accordingly, from July 1, 2025, the operations of Bac Ninh City Power Company, Gia Binh Power Company, Que Vo Power Company, Thuan Thanh Power Company, Yen Phong Power Company, Tien Du Power Company, and Luong Tai Power Company will cease.

At the same time, establish corresponding regional Power Management Teams: Kinh Bac Regional Power Management Team, Gia Binh Regional Power Management Team, Que Vo Regional Power Management Team, Thuan Thanh Regional Power Management Team, Yen Phong Regional Power Management Team, Tien Du Regional Power Management Team, Luong Tai Regional Power Management Team under Bac Ninh Power Company starting operation from July 1, 2025.

The Regional Power Management Teams under Bac Ninh Power Company are responsible for inheriting all legal rights and obligations to the assets and labor of the respective Power Company.

Bac Ninh Electricity Company respectfully informs customers using electricity to continue to maintain and coordinate with regional Electricity Management Teams in buying and selling electricity.
