Accordingly, the two examination boards will continue to be held at two locations as before. Preparations for the examination organization are being carried out on schedule, closely following the plan of the superiors. Training, dissemination of content and implementation of examination regulations are being carried out seriously and systematically.
The examination council has fully prepared facilities and equipment for marking the exam, such as computers, exam scanners, servers, workstations, printers, local LAN systems, stationery, and staff participating in marking the exam. At the same time, plans to ensure security and safety for the marking area and the exam marking area have also been tightened, including fire prevention and fighting equipment and scenarios for handling unusual situations.
The Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh has also thoroughly reviewed the facilities at both Examination Boards, ensuring that they fully meet the requirements as prescribed, with special attention paid to strengthening measures to ensure security and safety throughout the entire examination marking process.
In the first days of the exam marking, in general, the staff and teachers participating in the marking basically met the professional requirements; the difference in scores between the two examiners was within the allowable limit and there was no need to invite a third examiner. The marking was carried out seriously, in accordance with regulations, acknowledging the efforts of the candidates.
Speaking with the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province, Mr. Huynh Van Chuong, Director of the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training, emphasized a number of important requirements such as: The exam marking process must be carried out very carefully, especially in ensuring the accuracy in the marking process of the two general education programs 2018 and 2006.

In particular, the Department of Education and Training advised the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to complete the Exam Steering Committee and the Exam Marking Council on July 1, ensuring that the organization process had no gaps, no interruptions, and operated smoothly and smoothly.
Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong emphasized that the marking process must accurately reflect the actual results of the candidates' test results, and at the same time, it is necessary to recognize their efforts and attempts.
