Editor Hoang Linh Thuy was born in 1992 in Lang Son , and is currently one of the most prominent faces of the 7pm News on VTV. At the age of 33, she has affirmed her position among the leading editors of the national television station.

Linh Thuy's education is impressive, graduating from Hanoi Foreign Trade University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Notably, she was the valedictorian of the EMBA Executive Master's degree at this school. Since her school days, Linh Thuy won second prize in the National Literature Competition in 2010.

Joining VTV in 2014 after graduating, Linh Thuy turned down a scholarship to study abroad to pursue her passion for journalism. She was accepted into the News Department through the station's official recruitment, starting her television career.
