Tourism activities have developed with many new products associated with local potential, creating momentum for economic development. State budget revenue in the area has grown by an average of 11.82%/year, basically meeting regular expenditures and social security policies, while ensuring national defense and security. Urban planning, land management, and construction order have been focused on; many important infrastructure projects have been and are being implemented such as: Phu Ha New Urban Area, Dinh River New Urban Area, GO! Commercial Center, green parks, urban lighting systems..., contributing to changing the urban appearance towards light - green - clean - beautiful. Along with that, the cultural and social fields have made much progress, national defense and security have been maintained, the political system has been consolidated, creating a foundation for sustainable development.

However, besides the outstanding results, Phan Rang ward still has some limitations, such as: The economy has grown quite well but not commensurate with the potential of a riverside urban area; technical infrastructure and social infrastructure are not yet synchronized. These are challenges for the new term, requiring breakthrough solutions and long-term development strategies. According to Resolution No. 01 of the Provincial Party Committee on double-digit economic growth in the period of 2025 - 2030, Phan Rang ward and neighboring areas are identified as the core urban area in the southern region of the province. The 1st Party Congress of the ward, term 2025 - 2030 also determined to build Phan Rang into a smart ward, a core urban area in the south of the province, where people have a high standard of living, peace and happiness.

Synchronously deploy solutions

According to comrade Chau Thi Thanh Ha, to realize the goals of the 2025 - 2030 term, Phan Rang ward will focus on investing in infrastructure construction in a synchronous and modern direction, associated with a smart urban ecosystem, taking connectivity and creativity as the driving force for development. Promoting the combined strength of the entire political system and the entire people is considered a decisive factor, aiming to create a new momentum for Phan Rang to be worthy of being the development center of the southern region of Khanh Hoa province in the new period.

Entering the new phase, the Ward Party Committee has set out many key tasks and solutions, prioritizing innovation in leadership methods, promoting the strength of the entire political system, linking responsibility with implementation results in the spirit of "7 clear" (clear work, clear people, clear progress, clear products, clear responsibilities, clear resources, clear authority) and "5 no's" (no difficult words, no impossible words, no saying yes but not doing; no omissions, shirking, or dodging tasks; no arising or recurring of limitations, especially those arising from subjective causes; no bureaucracy, distancing from the masses; no corruption, negativity, or waste).

Along with that, the ward focuses on synchronous development of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure. Many main roads such as Thong Nhat, 21/8, Tran Phu and the area along Dinh River... will be upgraded, combined with a system of parks and trees, creating a bright - green - clean and beautiful space. Urban planning, beautification, and underground technical infrastructure will be promoted, aiming at developing a green, safe and sustainable urban area. Regarding social infrastructure, Phan Rang ward will continue to invest in a smart school system, cooperate with prestigious universities to improve the quality of education; build modern, smart medical facilities, and provide high-quality health care services. In addition, multi-functional cultural and sports spaces will be expanded, associated with the work of preserving and promoting the value of local relics and heritage. At the same time, effectively implement policies to support employment, vocational training, and social security to ensure people have a stable life and peace of mind to develop...
