According to Dan Tri reporters, in recent days, many unemployed workers have been applying for jobs at large industrial parks in Binh Duong . However, the number of businesses that need to recruit unskilled workers is very small. Most workers bring their applications to work every day and then bring them back, unable to find work.
At Vsip 1 Industrial Park (Thuan An City, Binh Duong), the number of companies posting recruitment signs can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Among the companies in need of workers, a golf club manufacturing company is recruiting a large number of workers (1,000 unskilled workers). However, many people also came with their applications and then left because they did not meet the requirements or had invalid documents.

Among the companies in Dai Dang, Song Than 3, Kim Huy industrial parks (Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong), there are only a few businesses that need to recruit workers. However, the number of employees needed is only 5-10 people or only female employees.
Companies that need to recruit only need highly skilled workers, so very few people can meet the requirements of employers. Meanwhile, the people who lose the most jobs are unskilled workers.
According to the assessment of the leaders of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Duong province, in the last 6 months of the year, businesses will continue to face difficulties due to lack of orders. Currently, there are about 200 businesses recruiting, with only about 3,000 workers, focusing on technical and skilled workers.
In the first 6 months of the year, Binh Duong province had more than 29,600 people receiving unemployment insurance, with a total unemployment benefit of more than 717 billion VND; the average benefit was nearly 4 million VND/month/person.
Take the documents and leave
A 30-year-old man (from Bac Lieu ) said that he and his sister went to apply for jobs from morning to noon at several industrial parks in Thu Dau Mot City but all they received was the answer "leave your resume and will call back later".
This person added that the company required a degree but he did not have one. Before that, he worked for a wood dust company with an income of 8.5 million VND/month but it was not enough to cover his living expenses. Recently, the company did not have any orders so he was unemployed. However, he applied to many companies but still could not get a job.

Mr. Do Ngoc An (40 years old, from Bac Kan ) said that every day he goes around industrial parks to look for work but no one has hired him. Due to the economic downturn, the company has no orders so they do not hire workers. In nearly 20 years of working as a worker, Mr. An has never found it so difficult to find a job.
"I just want to find a job with an income of about 6-7 million VND/month to support my family and get through this difficult period, but I don't expect to have a high-paying job," An shared.
Like Mr. An, Mr. Luong Van Thanh (34 years old, from Thanh Hoa) is also unemployed and has gone to many places to find a job but has not been able to. He has been unemployed for nearly a month now, and has sought out a number of brokerage and labor supply businesses to look for job opportunities but has not been able to find one.
"Finding a job is very difficult now. There are a few places recruiting but there are no jobs that match my abilities," said Mr. Thanh.

The Employment Service Center collects recruitment information from businesses with recruitment needs in the area, promptly connects information, supports workers in accessing job positions, and introduces workers to businesses to submit applications on the same day.
