Three-story house catches fire in Ho Chi Minh City; three people miraculously escape unharmed.

On June 30th, authorities in Binh Tan District are investigating the cause of a fire that occurred at a house in Binh Hung Hoa B Ward.

At approximately 11:15 AM on the same day, a fire broke out in a three-story house located in an alley on Lien Khu 4-5 Street. At that time, the house's entrance was closed. Upon discovering the incident, several residents quickly shouted to alert those inside.

At that moment, the two adults and one child inside the house managed to run to the rooftop and climb over to the neighbor's house to escape.

Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Binh Tan District Police dispatched numerous officers and soldiers along with specialized vehicles to the scene to extinguish the fire and prevent it from spreading. The fire was put out shortly afterward.

The fire did not cause any casualties, but it did damage a lot of property inside the house.
