Immediately after the launch ceremony in Hanoi , running activities took place simultaneously across the country. In Ca Mau, athletes participated in a 1.5 km run around Phan Ngoc Hien Square, An Xuyen Ward.

The Olympic Run Day not only improves physical and mental health but also spreads awareness of physical training throughout the population. Lieutenant Tran Thi Thu Phuong (Immigration Management Department, Ca Mau Provincial Police) shared: "This activity is very meaningful, helping to improve health and create an enthusiastic atmosphere in the community."
Lieutenant Hong An Xuyen (Staff Department, Ca Mau Provincial Police) enthusiastically stated: “The activities have been expanded to include civil servants and citizens, contributing to spreading the spirit of physical training, improving health, and strengthening community bonds, aiming towards building a prosperous, beautiful, and civilized Ca Mau homeland.”

The 2026 Olympic Run Day is not just a simple sporting event, but a political activity with profound significance, reflecting the belief in a strong Vietnam entering a new era. Through this, it has attracted widespread participation from all walks of life in the sports and physical education movement, as well as the nationwide movement to protect national security.
