From the model of "4 good Party cells" and "4 good grassroots Party organizations", many localities in the province have made clear changes: Political tasks are completed better, Party cells operate more democratically, solidarity and discipline are maintained; cadres and Party members are responsible for being close to the people and taking care of the people.

The Party Committee meeting of Giong Rieng commune in the late afternoon still took place in the brightly lit meeting room. Party members proposed upgrading rural roads, supporting poor households, mobilizing social resources to build solidarity houses... Secretary of the Party Committee of Giong Rieng commune Nguyen Minh Trang accepted opinions and clearly assigned tasks to the Party cell and responsible cadres. The formal meeting was no longer dry but became a practical matter that received consensus from the people.

The Party Committee of Giong Rieng commune has 64 Party cells, with more than 2,000 Party members. The improvement of the quality of Party cell activities has been focused on, from which the activities are close to reality, many tasks that benefit the people are implemented. At the Party Cell of Tran Van Nghia hamlet, there is a specific proof. Realizing the urgent need of the people in building roads, Mr. Lai Phuc Huy - Head of Tran Van Nghia hamlet mobilized the people, at the same time, mobilizing benefactors to concretize the road, build rural bridges to replace the previous dirt road. Mr. Vo Thanh Nam (73 years old), living in Tran Van Nghia hamlet, said: "Before, when it rained, the road was muddy. Thanks to Huy's mobilization, more than 1,600m of road was concretized to connect with other communes, I am very excited".

Since 2019, Mr. Huy has campaigned to build nearly 3,000m of road, mobilized 170 million VND to build traffic bridges, 10 solidarity houses, and supported rice and necessities for the people. Ms. Tran Thi Thu Thuy, resident of Tran Van Nghia hamlet, emotionally said: "Huy often visits me. Now I have a solid house, which gives me more motivation to move forward."

The Tran Van Nghia Hamlet Party Cell has 19 party members. Mr. Trang Truong Hau - Secretary of the Tran Van Nghia Hamlet Party Cell said that every party member in the cell has rolled up their sleeves to work with the people, from building roads and bridges to supporting poor households. Thanks to that, the cell has always completed its tasks excellently. Mr. Huy in particular has been assessed as having completed his tasks excellently for many years. "Party members must be exemplary, close to the people, listen and accompany. When the people trust, big and small things can be done," Mr. Huy said.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Trang said that in the 2020 - 2025 term, thanks to the construction of the "4 Good Party Cell" model, many Party cells maintained their clean and strong titles; Party members promoted their pioneering and exemplary character. Inheriting, perfecting and replicating became a long-term orientation to enhance the fighting capacity of grassroots Party organizations, while at the same time linking with socio -economic development goals.

Long Thanh is creative and dynamic.

Long Thanh commune has more than 6,000 hectares of production land, specializing in rice and fruit trees. The Party Committee determined that building "4 Good Party Cells" must go hand in hand with socio-economic development, considering it the key to improving people's lives. Party cells are assigned the responsibility of monitoring each household. Party members regularly dialogue, grasp thoughts, and provide timely support. Thanks to that, many practical policies have been effectively implemented such as upgrading infrastructure, reducing poverty, and supporting startups.

Long Thanh Commune Party Committee has 38 Party cells and 996 Party members. In the 2020 - 2025 term, Long Thanh reduced the number of poor households to 35 (0.76%), with an average income of 68.9 million VND/person/year. The commune has 5 products that meet the 3-star OCOP standard, both creating economic value and promoting local brands, contributing to Long Thanh achieving advanced new rural standards in 2023. Notably, the vegetarian papaya fish sauce product under the brand name "Mam Chi Dep" of Ms. Ly Kim Ai, residing in Nam Hai hamlet. Initially, it was just a gift for people, thanks to the encouragement and support of the hamlet Party Cell to promote, the product met the 3-star OCOP standard, and was sold to Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho and foreign customers. Ms. Ai sells about 350 - 400 kg/year, priced at 100,000 - 120,000 VND/kg.

Long Thanh Commune Party Secretary Thai Van Phuc emphasized that the model of “Four Good Party Cells” is not only a political requirement but also a solution to improve the quality of Party cell activities, ensuring the content is close to the people. Cadres and Party members must be close to the people, listen, and resolve difficulties so that the resolution can be implemented in life.

The results achieved in the two communes of Giong Rieng and Long Thanh demonstrate that the model of "4-good Party Cells" and "4-good Grassroots Party Committees" has spread widely, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the Party, creating a solid foundation for local socio-economic development in the new term.
