- On September 19, responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society to practically celebrate the "Vietnam - Cuba Friendship Year 2025" and the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries (1960 - 2025), the Customs Branch of Region VI held a launching ceremony of the program to support the Cuban people.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, the leader of the Customs Branch of Region VI thoroughly explained the purpose and significance of the launching ceremony and reviewed the sentiments of the people of Vietnam and Cuba over the past years.

Right at the launching ceremony, with the spirit of volunteering, officers, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Customs Branch of Region VI donated more than 50 million VND.

It is known that the program to support the Cuban people of the Customs Branch of Region VI will continue to be maintained until September 26, 2025. After that, the entire amount of support will be compiled by the Customs Branch of Region VI and given to the Vietnam Customs Department to transfer to the support address.
