At the press conference ahead of the Intervision 2025 International Music Competition, famous Russian commentator Yana Churikova gave many compliments to the performance of singer Duc Phuc, representing Vietnam. Ms. Churikova emphasized that Duc Phuc's performance was among the most elaborate and complex performances of this year's competition season.

According to her, the Vietnamese crew approached the preparation work seriously and professionally, with the participation of a separate director, creating an overall performance rich in artistry and technique.

“The Vietnamese team has its own choreographer and they approach the performance very seriously. Duc Phuc has to sing and pay attention to the choreography to perform perfectly. At the same time, the performance has many layers of directors, the scenes change constantly, and the position on the stage also changes. Therefore, he has to remember every detail precisely. This is a big challenge that not every artist can fully perform,” she commented.

Not only stopping at the technical aspect, Ms. Yana Churikova especially appreciated the Vietnamese male singer's discipline and concentration.

She said that Duc Phuc always pays attention to every small detail during practice, constantly communicating with the crew about position, movement, and coordination with the dance troupe to ensure a seamless performance.

“I was really impressed with Duc Phuc’s discipline. The way he focused, stepped onto the stage, performed every little detail correctly, and constantly asked everyone what to do and where to do it. When the TV crew joined, Duc Phuc also carefully studied each camera angle and which direction he needed to look. I like that way of working,” she emphasized.

Duc Phuc's performance was highly appreciated at the Intervision 2025 International Music Competition.

Intervision 2025 (Russian: Интервидение 2025) is a music competition, taking place at the Live Arena in Novoivanovskoye, a suburb of Moscow, Russian Federation, on September 20, 2025. The event brings together representatives from 23 countries, including host Russia and representatives from China, India, Cuba, Venezuela, Egypt, South Africa... The winner of Intervision 2025 will be determined by secret ballot from the International Jury, receiving the Intervision crystal trophy and a prize worth 30 million rubles (about 360,000 USD). All participating artists will receive a certificate from the Organizing Committee.

Intervision was held in Czechoslovakia from 1965 to 1968 and in Poland from 1977 to 1980. In 2025, the competition was relaunched with the aim of not only being a place for musical competition but also a special occasion to develop international cultural and humanitarian cooperation, while promoting traditional artistic values.

The Vietnamese delegation included representatives from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam Musicians Association, singer Duc Phuc and his team. The song "Phu Dong Thien Vuong" was composed by musician Ho Hoai Anh.
