Officially announced 16 excellent entries competing for the 3.5 billion VND VietChain Talents prize

The contest "Searching for Vietnamese blockchain talents (VietChain Talents 2025) has entered its most important stage with the presence of 16 excellent teams participating in the Final round competing for a prize of up to 3.5 billion VND.

The 16 teams selected to the VietChain Talents Competition Finals in 4 topics, namely Blockchain Layer-1; CEX/DEX Exchange; Blockchain Tracing and Blockchain Bridge, are bright faces, representing creativity, pioneering spirit of innovation and application of technology into practice.

Accordingly, in the final round, the teams will debate directly, must prove and convince the judges about the practical value, creativity, sustainability - scalability and overall quality of the exam. At the same time, each team must also point out the imperfections and weaknesses of the opponent's exam to gain an advantage for themselves.

VietChain Talents is co-organized by the Government Cipher Committee, the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association (VBA) and 1Matrix Company. This is the largest competition ever in the blockchain field, attracting more than 200 million visits and more than 1,000 young programmers nationwide participating right from the preliminary round, affirming the strong influence and increasing position of the intellectual and creative playground for the future generation of programmers. The competition has a total prize value of up to 3.5 billion VND.

Mr. Phan Duc Trung, Chairman of the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association, Chairman of 1Matrix Company, Chairman of the VietChain Competition Jury, affirmed that beyond the framework of a competition, VietChain Talents aims to contribute to promoting the formation of a transparent and sustainable Vietnamese Blockchain Ecosystem, starting with young, enthusiastic and passionate personnel with a passion for technology.

Sharing this view, Ms. To Thi Thu Huong, Director of the National Electronic Authentication Center, Ministry of Science and Technology , member of the Jury, said that the VietChain Talents 2025 competition will be a start in changing the perception of organizations and individuals developing Blockchain technology applications.

According to Ms. Huong, “VietChain Talents is an opportunity to find high-quality, talented human resources in the Blockchain field, creating motivation for the labor market to become more vibrant, while contributing solutions to major national problems.”

Representative of the Organizing Committee, Ms. Nguyen Van Hien, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association, said that the successful gathering of more than 1,000 young programmers from universities, academies and the technology community in a short time has affirmed the attractiveness, scale and widespread influence of the event. The competition will become an annual meeting place for young Vietnamese minds, a place to nurture ideas, aspirations and turn them into technological products serving life.

With a scale reaching hundreds of millions of people, the participation of more than 1,000 programmers and the support of more than 60 businesses and universities, the competition is a clear demonstration of the creativity and aspiration to conquer technology of Vietnamese youth. The thorough investment of the organizing units has brought the competition beyond the scope of a professional event, becoming a driving force to promote the development of digital human resources, contributing significantly to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the era of global digital transformation.
