Mazda3 2026 launched, slight price increase but still keeping manual transmission
Although the 2026 Mazda3 is manufactured in Japan, the C-class car enters the new year with almost no major changes, only adding some standard equipment.

Mazda has just officially introduced the mid-life upgrade version for the Mazda3 line. Compared to the previous version, the Mazda3 2026 has a selling price in the US increased from 75 USD (about 2 million VND) to 915 USD (about 24 million VND), depending on the version and transmission. The new generation Mazda3 2026 continues to be distributed in two styles: sedan and hatchback, ranging from standard to high-end versions, offering customers many choices.
Launched in late 2018 (2019 version), Mazda3 has yet to undergo a major facelift. Many reports say the next generation may have to wait until 2032, so the Japanese automaker is temporarily maintaining its appeal with small tweaks. The most important upgrade is the Mazda Harmonic Acoustic 8-speaker sound system that now comes standard, replacing the previous 6-speaker system. The car still retains the 8.8-inch entertainment screen, LED headlights... ADAS active safety package with many features: radar cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist and blind spot monitoring. These are superior equipment compared to Mazda3 currently sold in Vietnam, which only has basic safety technology .
Mazda3 2.5 S standard: 16-inch wheels, practical design, no support for Amazon Alexa voice control. Mazda3 2.5 S Select Sport: 18-inch black wheels, black rearview mirrors, leather seats, dual-zone climate control and automatic wipers. Mazda3 2.5 S Preferred: adds a power sunroof, 8-way power driver's seat, heated seats. The sedan has a "greige" interior option, the hatchback has a black interior. Mazda3 2.5 S Carbon Edition: stands out with red leather, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto support, wireless phone charging, glossy black wheels and mirrors. Mazda3 2.5 S Premium (6MT): the only version with a 6-speed manual transmission, comes with a 12-speaker Bose sound system, HUD and traffic sign recognition. Mazda3 Turbo Premium Plus: the most advanced, equipped with a 10.25-inch central screen, 360-degree camera, heated leather seats, paddle shifters, 12-speaker Bose sound.
Engine options remain the same as before: a 2.5L Skyactiv-G 4-cylinder naturally aspirated or turbocharged gasoline engine, combined with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, while i-Activ AWD is available on higher-end versions. The 2026 Mazda3 will officially be available at US dealers from this summer.
