Hà Nội MớiHà Nội Mới14/05/2023

(HNMO) - Today, May 14, the Vietnamese Sports Delegation continues to compete in the finals of strong sports such as wrestling, diving, fencing, chess, tennis, stick fighting... Among them, sports such as aerobics, diving, wrestling... are predicted to bring "golden rain" to the Vietnamese Sports Delegation.

Diving is expected to continue bringing gold medals to Vietnam.

The most notable event today is Taekwondo, where martial artist Truong Thi Kim Tuyen will compete in the 49kg weight class. The reason for this is that Kim Tuyen's weight class will have Olympic champion Panipak Wongpattanakit of Thailand participating, making it very difficult for Kim Tuyen.

During the day, aerobics continues to compete and Vietnam is likely to win a gold medal in the 5-person team event, because this is our strength. As for diving, athletes will compete in 8 final events. This is a strong sport of Vietnamese sports so it is predicted to bring us at least 5 gold medals.

The tennis event will feature the men's singles final. There, Ly Hoang Nam will compete with Fitriadi (Indonesia) for the Gold Medal.

In addition, wrestling and arnis will also start on the first day. Notably, wrestling will compete in 6 classic wrestling events for men. If there are no surprises, our wrestlers will win all 6 gold medals.
