National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung - an outstanding son of the heroic homeland of Vinh Long , at the Memorial Site of Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung, (Long Phuoc commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long).

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man offered incense in memory of the late Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung.

On the same morning, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and his delegation offered incense and flowers to commemorate the late Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet at the Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet Memorial Site (Hamlet 2, Vung Liem town, Vung Liem district, Vinh Long).

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man planted a memorial tree at the Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet Memorial Site.
